9Million

I don't have reliable information about a shoegaze artist named "9Million" in my training data. To provide an accurate biography, I would need to verify their actual musical output and career details. I'd recommend checking music databases like Bandcamp, Discogs, or music streaming platforms for authentic information about this artist.
